The entire staff that I encountered at my visit was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ng is incredibly thorough and seeks to ensure you walk out feeling comfortable with your vision support. She heard my concerns, sought answers and gave me time to make sure I felt the script was a good fit for me- she didn't try to rush me through the process. And the staff helping out front made picking out frames a much more enjoyable process than I've experienced elsewhere in the past, and also talked through pricing options in great detail, seeking to show me the greatest value. All in all, I will happily return to Oasis Vision in the future.
